You have seven calendar days to return an item or before installation/activation of the service, whichever date is earlier to be eligible for returns.
Refunds (if applicable)
We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund once it has qualified for returns criteria. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

There is no refund for any subscription marked as a gift and you availed it as part of any offer.
